Terms and Conditions

Payment
Umbra Arms LLC accepts payments for offered services, products, or educational material via the electronic methods available in the online store at umbraarms.com.  On occasion, and to facilitate certain purchases, E-invoicing, or paper invoicing  may be utilized as well.  If subject to a recurring service or payment plan, customer accounts shall be charged according a prearranged and confirmed schedule and value.  Credit card and electronic banking payment options are handled through our payment gateway and secured via SSL.  Umbra Arms LLC at no point records, nor stores complete credit card information for added security.  Umbra Arms LLC does not accept cash or checks or deliverable payment options such as CODs or Money Orders are available for products purchased at umbraarms.com.

Delivery
Full payment is required before delivery of items ordered and in accordance with the availability terms below.  Shipments of items purchased at Umbraarms.com shall take place within 48hours of payment, or two business days.  Available delivery options may be chosen by the customer at the time of purchase when confirming the order.  The scope and range of delivery methods are subject to change, and may be adjusted per the seller’s discretion.  Notification of change in delivery details will be made to the customer in advance of shipment.

Availability
Umbra Arms LLC, at times, me be out of stock of items ordered successfully at umbraarms.com.  At times, Umbra Arms LLC may, at will, promote pre-order sales of items not immediately available to deliver upon payment.  If for some reason an item is not available for immediate shipment, the customer will be notified of a backorder status.  If notified of a backorder, the customer may elect to terminate the order, at any point before shipment of their order, in part, or in full.  Backorders will not be charged to a buyer’s card until stock is present and shipment is ready for the backrodered items.  Items of an order, to include the full order, shall be refunded via the same method of payment, if possible, to the customer per the returns and refunds terms and condition below.

Transfers
Umbra Arms LLC accepts transfers of firearms as a service of its Federal Firearms License, for firearms including NFA items.  Transfers must be prearranged via the “Contact Us” Form at umbraarms.com or via phone communication.  Umbra arms LLC reserves the right to accept or reject a request for transfer services of an item and is not required to provide a valid reason for either action.  Transfer fees are subject to change.

Returns and Refunds
Umbra Arms LLC maintains a “no-refund” policy on all firearms purchases made, either online, by phone order, or in person.  The customer assumes all liability concerning the legality of their purchase and possession of a firearm or NFA item in their jurisdiction.  Umbra Arms LLC assumes zero liability on the buyer’s ability to purchase or possess a firearm within applicable regulations at any level.  No refunds are available for firearms purchases, however, returns may be made for any reason for a period of 15 days after delivery and if the item is returned in its original packaging, if such packaging exists, and not damaged in any way, cosmetically, or functionally. Returns must be prearranged with a stated reason presented for the return via the “Contact Us” Form at umbraarms.com or via phone communication.  Umbra arms LLC reserves the right to accept or reject a request to return a firearm, even within the 15-day allotment if it is found the item or items in question do not meet the conditions laid out in these terms and conditions. All firearms returns will be refunded as store credit in the full value of the amount paid by the customer for the product or products purchased, and so, returned.  Firearms returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be processed against the applicable store credit applied to the return.  Store Credit for a returned firearm will be processed after the item is successfully returned and inspected.

 

Items not considered firearms or NFA items maybe be returned for a full refund of the price purchased for a period of 15 days after delivery for any reason, and if the item is returned in its original packaging, if such packaging exists, and not damaged in any way, cosmetically, or functionally.  Returns must be prearranged with a stated reason presented via the “Contact Us” Form at umbraarms.com or via phone communication.  Umbra arms LLC reserves the right to accept or reject a request to return an item ordered, even within the 15-day allotment if it is found the item or items in question do not meet the conditions laid out in these terms and conditions.  All non-firearm or non-NFA item returns will be refunded as either store credit or a monetary refund to the originating account of purchase  in the full value of the amount paid by the customer for the product or products purchased, and so, returned.  Choice of refund method will be customers prerogative.  In the absence of consent regarding the method of refund, either method may be chosen at the discretion of Umbra Arms LLC.

Warranty
Items purchased from Umbra Arms LLC either online, via phone order, or in person, that are subject to a current and valid service and/or parts warranty made by Umbra Arms LLC, may be shipped to the official business premises address after an accepted service ticket is created.  Requests must be prearranged with a stated reason presented via the “Contact Us” Form at umbraarms.com or via phone communication.  Shipment of a firearm to Umbra Arms LLC shall be made within all required Federal and State regulations, where applicable.
